Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Ham Safar Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer reliable diesel generator solutions and back them with a clear and fair refund policy. All requests will be handled promptly.

2. Eligibility

Refunds or service reversals are eligible under these conditions:

  • The product is found to be defective or damaged during delivery.
  • The installation did not meet agreed specifications.
  • We failed to provide services as per the mutually agreed terms in the Service Agreement.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or canceled plans post-delivery/installation.
  • Products installed more than 14 days ago (unless it's a demonstrable defect).
  • Routine maintenance or wear-and-tear issues.
3. Timeframes
  • Report Defects: Notify us within 3 business days of delivery or service completion.
  • Submit Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receiving the defective product or completion of unsatisfactory service.
4. Process

Please email our support at humsafarenterprises6@gmail.com with the following:

  • Invoice number or service order details
  • Description and photos of the issue
  • Requested resolution (repair, replacement, or refund)

Once reviewed, we'll guide you through the next steps. Faulty or incorrectly installed units must be available for inspection.

5. Refund Methods

Refunds (if approved) can be issued via:

  • Bank transfer to the account used for payment
  • Credit against future services with us
  • Product replacement or reinstallation

We process refunds within 7 working days after approval.

6. Exceptions
  • No returns or refunds for rental services already delivered and used
  • Maintenance issues beyond our agreed service scope
  • Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters affecting equipment)
